R: No, you have nothing else to pay

Q: How many models can I download?
R: Depending your purchasing pack
Big pack: 10 downloads by day
Super pack: 20 downloads by day
Mega pack: Unlimited Download by day
NOTICE: A subscriber cannot download the same file more than twice; they should therefore, be kept in a safe place. If by chance they are lost there is one last chance to download.


Q: If for one or two days, I can not go on the site, do I keep the rights to download?
R: Unfortunately, no, because our packs to rely with the calendar days. The days that you dint log on our website are lost .


Q: Can we download the new models added each month?
R: Of course. ALL the models

Q: How many new models do you add to your site annually?
R: We guarantee 100 new models yearly, but we have largely surpassed this guarantee. Ex: In 2007 we added over 300 models

Q: Why are there certain months where you add more models than other?
R: This all depends on the number of new subscriptions; the more new subscriptions we have, the more we are able to produce new models

Q: Why dint you sell individual models?
R: We find this type of system too hard to support and there are already such systems. We prefer to offer a SERVICE rather than sell PAY PER FILE.

Q: What program do we need to use your product?
R: Almost Cad cam program such as: ARTCLIP3D TYPE3 ARTCAM ASPIRE , DESKPROTO, TYPE3, RAMS, MILLWIZARD, MESHCAM, MASTERCAM, ENROUTE PRO, CUT 3D etc..


Q: Which program do you suggest for .stl files?
R: We do not favor any program in particular. We believe all the above mentioned program give excellent results.

I had a subscription a while back. I may be wrong but I thought it was a life time thing not one year when you first started. I have down loaded the models and I am very happy with them, just surprised it was a yearly thing. Have you thought about selling theme sets.

Our sales are by subscription. Given the lower price of our subscription. it is impossible to sell by theme, as we should sell it even lower, so no advantage for us, if we were to sell by theme, the minimum that we should charge would be $ 275.00 ($275.00 is the base limit line) and we should up the price of our big pack has a minimum of $ 500.00 per year. more, people to re-subscribe if we give a very good discount. We have the best market prices. we add about 200 new models year (2010= 221 new models, 2011= 232 models), when people re-subscribe, we charge $ 200.00. what makes a price of - $ 1.00 for new models, if you look elsewhere on other websites, models sell for between $ 20.00 and $ 25.00 each. nobody can equalize prices. we can not go lower in price. if we go down, the site would not be profitable. and we are out of business. and I do not think anyone wish.
We need profit to continue to offer new models is the rule for all companies, including us.
